Fire at J’pura campus

A fire has been broken out at the Chemical store of the Jayewardenepura University causing damages to laboratory equipment, following explosions of two Sodium Cylinders a short while ago.

No casualties were reported and the fire brigade was able to douse the fire, Fire brigade section in charged Mr Serasinghe said. (Sanath Desmond)
