The Democratic National Alliance (DNA) is to file legal action against the government for contempt of court as its Leader General Sarath Fonseka was prevented from attending the Parliament consultative committee meetings for the second consecutive day today.

DNA sources said the party had decided to file contempt of court charges as the General had been prevented from attending the meeting despite the court order issued yesterday. (YP)
