Divineguma passed in NCP

The Divineguma Bill was passed at the North Central Provincial Council a short while ago with a majority of 7 votes.
21 members voted for the bill with 11 members voting against.
The UNP and the solitary member of the JVP voted against the bill with the members of the UPFA voting for the proposed legislation.
