Arrest warrant on Muttuhetigama

A Southern Court today issued an arrest warrant for Southern Provincial Council member Nishantha Muttuhetigama over his failure to appear in Court for three cases involving an incident where he had allegedly threatened a group during the Southern provincial Council elections.
