Accepting nomination papers begin today

Accepting nominations papers for the Sabaragamuwa, North Central and Eastern Provincial Council elections begin today. The Elections Commissioners Department said July 19 would be the closing date for nominations while closing date for placing deposits by independent groups is July 18.  (Sanath Desmond)
