A 52-year-old woman was killed when she was shot at near a house at Dammulla in Beliatta this morning.
Police said the woman, a resident of Dammulla had died after being admitted to the Tangalle Hospital.
It was reported that the woman was shot while sweeping the yard this morning. (Aneesha Manage)
