The Election Commission said it would begin issuing voters' lists from the 15th of next month.
The names of the voters will be attached to the voters lists for easy reference when they are issued to householders.
A spokesman said all leave of Grama Seva Niladharies have been cancelled during the period so as to facilitate the distribution.(Dayaseeli Liyanage)
