Deputy Minister of Industry and Commerce Buddhika Pathirana, was sworn in as Acting Minister of Industry and Commerce, Resettlement, Co-operative Development and Vocational Training and Skills Development, before President Maithripala Sirisena today.
The ministry was previously held by Rishad Bathiudeen.
State Minister of City Planning & Water Supply, Lucky Jayawardana, was appointed as Acting Minister of City Planning & Water Supply and Higher Education, the post which was previously held by Rauff Hakeem.
Deputy Minister of Petroleum Resources Development, Anoma Gamage, was appointed as Acting Minister of Highways & Road Development and Petroleum Resources Development.
Kabir Hashim was the previous Minister of Highways & Road Development and Petroleum Resources Development.
