Tarinda Ratwatte, the suspect of the Defender accident in which the PC attached to the State Intelligence Services (SIS) Sithum Alahapperuma was killed, was remanded till June 19 by the Colombo Traffic Court today.
The Police Constable, who foiled the Rs.7.9 million robbery at the National Hospital, died yesterday morning while receiving treatment at the ICU of the National Hospital following a road accident at Bambalapitiya on June 11. (Yoshitha Perera)
