A total of 54 more COVID-19 deaths were reported today recording the highest number of fatalities in a day.
According to the Government Information Department, 15 deaths have been reported between the period of May 10 to May 31 while the rest of them was reported between June 02 to June 07.
It said 32 males and 22 females are among the deceased.
Accordingly, the death toll in the country surged to 1,844.
