Proceedings of the second special high court is due to begin on March 14, Justice and Prison Reforms Minister Thalatha Athukorala said today.
The government had taken steps to establish three special high courts to probe serious cases of fraud and corruption that had taken place in the past, the first of which was already hearing cases.
