The election manifesto of National Democratic Front (NDF) presidential candidate Sajith Premadasa will be launched on October 31 in Kandy, Minister Lakshman Kiriella said.
“This is the first time the manifesto of a presidential candidate will be launched in Kandy. Mr. Premadasa is a leader who could feel the pulse of ordinary people,” he said.
