A Bell 412 helicopter of the Sri Lanka Air Force transported two human Livers and a pair of kidneys from Polonnaruwa to Colombo on Sunday.
The Bell 412 Helicopter at SLAF Base Ratmalana successfully transported the human organs by air from the District General Hospital in Polonnaruwa to the National Hospital in Colombo in keeping with the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the SLAF and the Ministry of Health, the SLAF said.
