Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) MP Dilip Wedaarachchi's brother Nihal Wedaarachchi has been arrested by the Tangalle Police in connection with May 9 violence near Carlton House in Tangalle.
Police Spokesman Nihal Thalduwa said he was arrested over the violence which took place near Carlton House in Tangalle.
Nihal Wedaarachchi was also a member of the former Southern Province.(DSB)
