President Gotabaya Rajapaksa today agreed to form an interim government representing all parties in Parliament with a new Prime Minister and a new Cabinet, Sri Lanka Freedom Party (SLFP) Chairman Maithripala Sirisena said today.
He said the agreement was reached at a meeting held between the President and the independent groups in parliament.
