Fifteen attendees including event organiser Chandimal Jayasinghe and model Piyumi Hansamali who were arrested earlier for organising a birthday party at the Shangri-La Hotel in Colombo on Sunday night violating quarantine regulations, have been sent to serve quarantine.
Police said they were sent to a quarantine centre at Passara this evening where they would serve 14 days quarantine process from tomorrow.
They were ordered to undergo quarantine on the directives of the health officials and the Inspector General of Police.(Darshana Sanjeewa Balasuriya)
