Opposition leader of Kalutara Pradeshiya Sabha (UNP) S.A. D. Nilantha and another person were arrested for forcibly entering into a playground in kalutara violating quarantine laws, police said.
The two were arrested on a complaint made by the manager of the Vernon Fernando Sports Complex in Kalutara on June 23. (Sunil Thantriarachchi)
