One lane of the road from Andiambalama to the Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA) would be closed from 6 p.m. on Saturday till midnight due to the laying of pipelines under the Katana Water Supply Project, airport officials said.
Motorists travelling from Minuwangoda and Kimbulapitiya via Naikanda towards BIA are advised to use alternative routes to avoid any inconvenience.
