Transfer of former minister Rajitha Senaratne from Lanka Hospital to the Prisons Hospital has been suspended, sources said.
They said that although the prison ambulance arrived this morning, the move was suspended.
Yesterday, the prison chief medical officer had visited the hospital and checked MP Senaratne’s health, recommending that the MP could be transferred to the Prisons Hospital or the National Hospital.
