The Government has declared Monday, December 26 as Special Public Holiday in addition to the bank holiday, the Ministry of Public Administration said.
It said the decision was made since this year's Christmas Day is falling on a Sunday (25).
The decision was made by the minister during a Governor's Conference today. (Chaturanga Pradeep Samarawickrama)
