Man arrested while transporting 5kg of heroin

A man was arrested by the Police Narcotic Bureau on charges of transporting 5kgs of heroin in a three-wheeler in Welisara last night, Police said.

They said the arrested suspect, a resident of Colombo 14, would be produced in the Mahara Magistrate’s Court.
