Lasantha killing: suspect further remanded

The suspect taken into custody in connection with the killing of Sunday Leader Chief Editor Lasantha Wickramathunga was today remanded till August 11 by the Mount Lavinia Chief Magistrate.

The suspect Prem Ananda Udalagama served as a staff sergeant in the army intelligence unit and was arrested on July 15.(Dayarathna Pathirana)
