The issuance of revenue licences for vehicles registered in the Western Province (WP) has been suspended until October 29, the Chief Secretary of the Western Province said.
However, no fine will be charged from owners for failure to renew revenue licences which expire during the period until November 15.
The decision has been taken to suspend the service from today (22) considering the COVID-19 pandemic situation in the country.
People can obtain online revenue licences by visiting the website www.motortraffic.wp.gov.lk
