Rural Housing and Construction & Building Material Industries State Minister Indika Anuruddha was injured after his vehicle met with an accident on the Southern Expressway today (25), Police said.
He was admitted to the Colombo National Hospital following the accident.
The vehicle had skidded off the road and collided with the protective fence, injuring the state minister. However, a hospital spokesman said the state minister’s condition was not critical. By Pushpakumara Mallavaarachchi
