Eknaligoda case: Second suspect granted bail

Lieut.Colonel Praboda Siriwardana, the second suspect in the Eknaligoda case, was today released on a cash bail of Rs.2 million with two sureties of Rs.6 million each by Homagama Magistrate Ranga Dissanyake.
