Attorney General Dappula De Livera has returned 40 incomplete investigation files to Acting Inspector General of Police in respect of the suspects arrested over the Easter Sunday attack, AG's Coordinating Officer State Counsel Nishara Jayaratne said.
Accordingly, the AG has directed Acting IGP C.D.Wickramaratne to properly conclude the incomplete files.
