Fort Magistrate Thilina Gamage today issued an order preventing 27 individuals including General Secretary of Ceylon Teachers Union Joseph Stalin and Frontline Socialist Party activist Duminda Nawagamuwa from obstructing roads towards Galle Face while the country celebrates its 75th Independence Day.
