The CID today recorded a statement from Ven. Uduwe Dhammaloka Thera regarding his statements on the death of Ven. Maduluwawe Sobitha Thera.
Dhammaloka Thera alleged that the death of Ven. Sobitha Thera, the Chief Incumbent of Kotte Naga Viharaya, was suspicious. Accordingly, the CID launched a probe into the incident. (Gayan Amarasekara)
