The Colombo Fort Magistrate, Ranga Dissanayake, today advised the Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB) to be present in court on April 9 over its failure to provide the Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka (PUCSL) with reports relating to the power cuts.

The magistrate made this order after considering a request made by the PUCSL to summon nine senior officers of the CEB including its chairman.
