A senior police officer said they suspected this 16-year-old boy to be the one who was alleged to have pushed a schoolgirl to the path of on oncoming train. She was knocked down by the train at Ambalangoda last Saturday. Preliminary investigations had revealed that the boy had left home about two days ago. (Jayakantha Liyanage and Anuradha Priyadarshana)
