Another senior citizen aged 76, who was returning from a fuel queue in Meerigama while taking diesel, has fainted and died on admission to the hospital.
Police said the victim who was in a fuel queue had taken three cans of diesel and took two cans and placed them in his three-wheeler.
He had fallen to the ground while carrying the third can and was rushed to the Mirigama Hospital by police officer on duty.
Police said the victim had died on admission to the hospital. He had died of suspected heart attack.(DSB)
