Another male identified as 11th Covid-19 patient in SL

A 45-year-old male, who returned from Germany has been tested positive for COVID-19 bringing the total number of infected Sri Lankans to eleven, Director-General of Health Services Dr. Anil Jasinghe said.

He said that the eleventh person was the travel companion of the earlier Sri Lankan man, who had been tested for COVID-19 and receiving treatments.
Initially a Chinese female was found in Sri Lanka with COVID-19 but later she was discharged after completely recovering. According, eleven Sri Lankans have been tested positive.
As of today (15) some 133 persons are under medical observation at various hospitals in the country for possible coronavirus infection, Government Epidemiology Unit (GEU) said.
