Acting IGP to become 35th IGP

The Parliamentary Council has recommended to appoint C. D. Wickremeratne as the 35th Inspector General of Police (IGP).

The Parliamentary Council met today at Parliament to consider President Gotabaya Rajapaksa’s nomination to the post of Inspector General of Police (IGP).
