AG requests CJ to appoint three-member bench over Welikada prison riots

The Attorney General Dappula de Livera has requested Chief Justice Jayantha Jayasuriya to appoint a three-member Special High Court Trial-at-Bar over the Welikada Prison riots in 2012.
