The Attorney General Dappula de Livera has indicted the Captain of the Crude Oil Tanker MT New Diamond in the Colombo High Court for the Oil Spill and the failure to report in violation of section 26 and 38 of the Marine Environment Protection Authority Act, Attorney General’s Coordinating Officer said.
