The Attorney General has instructed the Acting IGP to launch a comprehensive investigation into the destruction of Buwaneka Hotel Building in Kurunegala, AG's Coordinating Officer State Counsel Nishara Jayaratne said.
She said the direction was made after consultation with the police, Director General of Archaeology and Director General of Building Research Origination (NBRO).
