At least 70 students of a school in Wariyapola were hospitalised because of an allergy, Police said.
They said 25 of them were admitted to the Wariyapola Hospital while the rest were discharged after treatment while one of the students was transferred to the Kurunegala Hospital.
Hospital sources said the students initially complained of dizziness, headache and vomiting but were out of danger. (Ravindra Prabath)
