Some 21 schoolchildren who were arrested for assaulting a school teacher in Puttlam were released on bail by the Puttalam Magistrate's Court today.
Some four students of a Muslim School in Puttalm were remanded for assaulting the school's master in charge of sports and discipline on May 23 while some other 17 students were arrested yesterday over the incident.
They all were released on strict bail conditions today.
