A two-year-old male child was reported to have been thrown out of the Samagipura Flats this morning, the police said.
They said the child was admitted to hospital in a critical condition and was declared dead.
The cause of the incident has not been revealed yet, but according to the police, the elder brother of the child's mother had thrown him down the building.
