The water supply will be interrupted for 14 hours in several areas in Colombo due to an urgent transmission leak repair work, the Water Supply and Drainage Board (NWSDB) said.
Accordingly, water supply will interrupted in Ethul Kotte, Pita Kotte, Beddagana, Mirihana, Udahamulla, Gangodawila, Madiwela, Thalapathpitiya, Nugegoda, Pagoda, Nawala, Moragasmulla, Rajagiriya, Colombo 05, 07, and 08 from 10 pm today to 12 noon tomorrow.
The water supply will be at low pressure in Colombo 04, 06, Maharagama and Boralesgamuwa.
Meanwhile, water supply will be interrupted for 08 hours from 10 pm today to 6 am on tomorrow in Baththaramulla, Koswatta, Thalahena, Malabe, Jayawadanagama and Thalawathugoda due to urgent repair works.
