Another 109 personnel tested positive for COVID-19 increasing the total number of cases from the Minuwangoda cluster to 2,451, the Government Information Department said.
Out of 109 tested positive today, 37 are from quarantine centres, 23 are close contacts of previous patients while 49 are from the Central Fish Market, Peliyagoda.
