We should grateful to the Indian government which is the major instrument to construct the railway line up to Jaffna and not by China

It has taken 5 years to lay a railway track form Vavuniya to Jaffna, when the Katunayake Expressway could be done in one year. This is the winder of Asia we see in Sri Lanka.
