How did the inmates raid the armory that is so secure? This is definitely an inside job of those officers of the prison who run the drug business inside. It is a well known fact that this is happening both in the prisons and even in the Drug Rehabilitation hospital in Angoda. Officials, attendants and other workers are supplying inmates with their requirements of drugs and this is open knowledge.

STF has no business to go to prison without a warrant and stir up a fight. This is similar to Anuradhapura incident. Killing prisoners for a cellphone search is not warranted.

The reason for the prison riots could be stage managed to eclipse the criticism emanating from the UNP which said the budget was for the super rich, and nothing for the poor. I believe this is the only reason.
