Police Sports Club were 80 for one in reply to Kaluatara TC’s first innings score of 160 runs at the end of the first day’s play in their SLC Premier Tier ‘B’ Inter-Club Cricket Tournament encounter which began at the Police Park yesterday.

Kalutara TC: 160 (Hasith Nirmal 45, R. Punchihewa 37, Naced Sarwar 21, Asel Sigera 4/30, Mohamed Faheen 3/43, Sujan Mayura 2/21)
Police SC: 80/1 (Lakshan Rodrigo 25, Maduranga Soysa 46 n.o).
