The Sri Lanka Volleyball Federation (SLVB) has decided to conduct a two-day workshop for Galle District Volleyball Coaches on January 16 and 17 at the Volleyball House in Galle.
Jointly organised by SLVB and Sri Lanka Volleyball Coaches Association, the two-day programme is expected to attract nearly 100 coaches, according to SLVB General Secretary, A. S. Nalaka.
The aim of this programme is to train new National level volleyball coaches beginning in Galle followed by other Districts in future. The training programme will be conducted by several renowned National level coaches in the country.
Those who are interested in following this workshop are requested to register with A. S. Nalaka, Secretary, SLVB, Volleyball House, Dadella, Galle by email. Coaches who successfully complete this programme will be eligible to follow the FIVB Level Course. They will also be issued an internationally recognised certificate by SLVB.
