MullenLowe, the largest Creative-ledIntegrated Communications company in Sri Lanka, joined hands with Colombo based 360-degree full service digital agency, We Are Designers, to further strengthen its digital offering. This exclusive partnership comes at a time when digital platforms continue to rise as the most dominant engagement medium for brands to interact with consumers and inspire brand love.

Bringing together MullenLowe’s insight driven creative excellence and We Are Designers’ collective digital experience of 14 years, it will allow MullenLowe to deliver end-to-end digital marketing communications services to its clients. This is set to make MullenLowe a-one-stop-shop for a brand’s communication needs covering brand strategy, brand consultancy, creative, activation, design, public relations and digital.

According to Thayalan Bartlett, Chief Executive Officer – MullenLowe Sri Lanka, “Digital is largely misunderstood to be a cheaper alternative to mainstream advertising. Whilst that is true for the moment this thinking undermines the true potential of digital. Digitalin its own right is a powerful engagement channel and if its potential is exploited sensibly it can deliver measurable results in relation to investments. We wanted to get into digital by not merely having a namesake presence but by having a fully resourced infrastructure, in-house, that can deliver from conception to delivery. We Are Designers brings on board 24 specialised digital experts that will merge with some of the country’s best strategic ideators.”

Staying in tune with evolving consumer preferences and market realities, the MullenLowe has been always been responsive to emerging mediums and technologies to help its clients’ brands engage better with their consumers. This has extended to the digital realm as well where 4 pieces of branded digital content created by MullenLowe reigned at No.1 on YouTube in Sri Lanka in 2018.

“This is an amazing time to be in the digital and design industry, where the demand for result oriented digital campaigns are on the rise. With the combined experience of this partnership we will be able to meet that growing need,” said Joe Lenora, Founder / Chairman - We Are Designers.

Founded in 2005, We Are Designers is focused on bringing a fresh creative dimension to the digital landscape in Sri Lanka.
