Mobitel offers most attractively priced mobile data packages in the market

Mobitel is proud to unveil its revamped mobile data offering which extends greater value addition to pre-paid data customers with attractively priced data packages for Rs.49 and Rs.99, along with an introduction of a new package for Rs.499.

As the national mobile service provider, Mobitel has taken it on as its responsibility to offer the best value for money to people in Sri Lanka to always remain connected online and to visit their favourite sites to chat and view videos at lowest rates.

In addition, Mobitel is offering a 75 percent 4G Data Bonus that makes it the only network that gives the most data at the best rates. Mobitel’s new data packages are Rs.49 for 825MB; Rs.99 for 1,650MB; Rs.199 for 3.5GB; and Rs.499 for 11GB. Further details can be obtained by calling 1717.

In order to serve its customer better, Mobitel remains committed to invest in network expansions, bringing the latest in mobile technology to Sri Lanka on par with global standards.

The company has embarked on the biggest and most significant 4.5G/4G-LTE network expansion in Sri Lanka. With this, Mobitel will increase the country’s 4.5G/4G-LTE coverage, thereby strengthening its No.1 status for High-Speed Mobile Broadband in Sri Lanka, having already received the Globally-acclaimed Ookla Speed Test Award for 2017 with similar investments.
