Mihin Lanka recently conducted a comprehensive presentation for its agents to highlight the airline’s updated product and service offerings. The presentation was well attended by 102 agents who received an update on Mihin Lanka’s latest product enhancements and learnt more about the productive usage of the airline’s Global Distribution System. Greater awareness was also created about Mihin Lanka’s special fares and promotions. The presentation also highlighted the introduction of the airline’s new Business Class and the addition of three new destinations to the flight schedule, which has brought the airline’s total network up to 12 destinations. The presentations were made by the Mihin Lanka sales and marketing team, which included Ingrid Guruge, Lakmali Jayatileke and Amila Wijesekera. Shermal Perera, Manager - Sri Lanka, Mihin Lanka and the commercial team initiated the presentation to keep the travel trade up to date with the airline’s latest developments.
