Key stakeholder meeting

A key stakeholder meeting will be held on the 25th of September 2015 from 9.00 AM to 12.30 PM at BMICH Committee Room D on the Long Term Generation Expansion Plan 2015-2034 prepared by Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB).  This meeting is the second phase of the Public Consultation by Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka (PUCSL) on the Long Term Generation Expansion Plan 2015-2034

A set of industry experts representing key stakeholders in the electricity industry and other stakeholders such as electricity consumers will be participated in the meeting. The plan has been submitted to the Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka for approval and written comments on the proposal were accepted till 21 September 2015 by the PUCSL. At this key stakeholder meeting interested parties will further present their views on the proposed long term generation plan of CEB. After the key stakeholder meeting, the Commission will make the final decision on the plan.
