Colombo Leadership Academy’s (CLA) latest programme ‘Discover winning strategies for new product development’ will be held on 17th February.The programme will empower participants to discover winning strategies for new product development and help ensure your products have a real winning advantage.
It is targeted at Marketing Managers, Category Managers, Brand Managers, Marketing Executives, Brand Executives, Business/Product Development/ Quality Assurance Managers and Entrepreneurs.
The strategic content of t he course will enable participants to succeed in the business world. It will empower them to devise a roadmap to fight shorter product lifecycles, feature strategies to discover uncontested markets, look at idea generation versus intellectual property, aid in building innovation into strategic processes and emphasise on how one can engage customers into idea generation. It will also provide in-depth insights into planning financial evaluation of the NPD, understanding regulatory challenges, launching strategy challenges, enabling last mover advantage and fostering high performance teams.
The programme will be conducted by Riaz Hassen, who is a certified leadership effectiveness culture assessor. Hassen is a Leadership Circle USA Member of the Strategic Management Forum, UK and a Director of a large diversified business conglomerate. Guest Speaker Ravi Liyanage is a former General Manager of Janashakthi Insurance and Group Director Operation of Richard Pieris and is currently Chief Executive Officer of TVS Lanka.
